(A) Chest circumference Wrap the tape around your body, passing it under your arms. Measure the fullest part of your chest around the bust, without pulling tight, keeping the tape straight and parallel to the floor.

(B) Waist circumference Measure around your waistline, at the level of your navel. The tape should sit against your body without pulling tight.

(C) Hip circumference Measure around the widest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
