General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. INTRODUCTION
This document (together with the documents referred to herein) sets out the terms and conditions governing the mutual relationship between the parties in connection with your use of this Website (keryl.com) and your purchase of the products it contains (hereinafter the “General Terms and Conditions”).
We recommend that you carefully read these General Terms and Conditions, the Cookie Policy, and the Personal Data Protection Notice (hereinafter jointly the “Data Protection Policies”) before using this Website. Please note that using this Website or submitting an order through it implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and of the Data Protection Policies. Therefore, if you do not agree with all of the aforementioned Terms and Conditions and Data Protection Policies, please do not use this Website.

2. WHO WE ARE
The products for sale on the Website en.keryl.com are sold and invoiced by MANCO Srl, with registered office at Via Fosso Foreste 12, 65015 Montesilvano (PE), Italy, a company registered with the Chamber of Commerce (C.C.I.A.A.) of Chieti Pescara under no. REA PE-405773 of the Business Register, Tax Code and VAT no. 02245920687. 3. HOW THE CONTRACT IS CONCLUDED
Orders are placed through the Website en.keryl.com as described below:
- When you are ready to make a purchase, click “Add to Cart”. Then proceed by clicking “Checkout” to access our secure servers and complete your order.
- If this is your first purchase on the Website, you may choose to create an account with us using your email address; in that case, you will be asked to create a password and provide your email address. The email address you register with must be the same one to which your order confirmation will be sent.
- If you are already registered on the Website, you can enter your login details to access your account.
- You will then be asked to choose your preferred delivery method (where shipping costs apply, they will be added to the total amount and you will be able to review them before submitting the order), to confirm your address, and to enter your payment details.
- You will then receive an email confirming that we have received your order (the “Order Confirmation”), stating the date and time the order was received and a “Customer Order Number” to be used in all further communications with us. The message will be sent automatically to the email address you registered with. Please note that this does not mean your order has been accepted, as it constitutes merely a contractual offer to purchase our products.
- Acceptance of your order will be confirmed by sending a second email confirming shipment of the order (the “Shipping Confirmation”) to the address you provided for delivery, also specifying the expected delivery date.
- The contract between the parties (the “Contract”) shall be deemed concluded upon the sending of the Shipping Confirmation.
- Only the number of products indicated in the Shipping Confirmation email will be included in the Contract.
4. PRICE AND AVAILABILITY
- Prices and shipping costs may change at any time, without prejudice to orders already confirmed by the sending of the Shipping Confirmation.
- Prices are checked regularly. However, should we find a price change or error when we receive your order, we will contact you to confirm whether you still wish to proceed with the purchase at the correct price. If you confirm that you do, please remember that this still does not create any obligation on our part to supply the products until the Shipping Confirmation is sent.
- The product prices shown on our Website at checkout include all taxes (including VAT) due on the purchase of the products, but exclude shipping costs, which will be automatically added to the total amount when you view the contents of your Cart.
- All product orders are subject to availability. Since simultaneous access by many users and the simultaneous possibility of online orders affect product availability, we cannot guarantee that the products ordered will be allocated.
- In the event of supply problems, or if items are out of stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information about substitute products of equal or greater quality and value, which you may choose to order. Should you not wish to order such substitute products, we will refund any amounts you have already paid.
5. PAYMENT METHODS
The following payment methods are available:
- Credit or debit cards
You can choose to pay for your order by credit card or debit card. The accepted credit cards are: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX. - PayPal
PayPal is a completely secure online payment method that lets you pay for your order by logging in directly to your account. The details of your account and of the credit card linked to your account are managed directly by PayPal, which will send you an email notification once payment has been made. - Cash on delivery (Italy only)
Payment must be made exclusively in cash upon delivery of the purchased products. Cash on delivery entails an additional charge of €5 payable by the Customer for collection fees. Cash on delivery is available only for purchases under €999.99. - Klarna
Klarna offers an innovative, fully digital payment service that lets you split your purchases into 3 interest-free installments, pay after 30 days, or pay in full. - Apple Pay
Apple Pay is the payment method for Apple users that lets you add your credit or debit cards to the Wallet app on your iPhone, Apple Watch, Mac, or iPad. You can use this payment method online in Safari and in apps where Apple Pay is available among the payment options.
Your card details are not stored on devices or saved on Apple servers; instead, a unique code is used for the transaction to ensure greater security. - Google Pay (European Union countries only)
Google Pay is a simple, fast way to pay on websites, in apps, and in stores using the cards saved in your Google account. Google Pay protects your data and your card details during payment. - Bank transfer (Italy only)

Payment by Bank Transfer must be made within 5 days of the order date. The transfer reference must state the order number and date. Once the necessary checks have been carried out, we will ship the ordered products.
Should we be unable to accept your order for any reason, we reserve the right to choose whether to decline your debit or credit card or to refund any amounts paid in relation to your order. No products will be shipped until payment has been received in full. Please note that an online transaction fee may be applied to the payment if charged by your card issuer. Such a fee is not attributable to us.
If payment is made by credit/debit card, the card will be subject to verification and authorization by the card issuer, and should that issuer delay or refuse to authorize payment, we shall not be liable for delayed or failed delivery, respectively.
Financial information (for example, the credit/debit card number or its expiry date) will be transmitted via encrypted protocol to the banks that provide the relevant remote electronic payment services. Furthermore, such information will never be used by us except to complete the procedures relating to the customer’s purchase. Your personal data will be processed by Manco Srl in accordance with our Data Protection Policy.
6. SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
Order preparation takes 1–2 business days. All products are shipped from our warehouse.
Orders placed Monday to Friday by 1:00 PM (Italian time – GMT+1) will be handed over to the courier the same day. After that time, the shipment will be handed over to the courier on the next business day. Please note that business days mean Monday to Friday and that our warehouses are not operational on Italian public holidays.
During special events (Sales, Black Friday, etc.), processing of your order may experience a slight delay, despite our constant care in meeting the established timeframes.
Customized products
Orders containing customized products require specific processing times: delivery may take 7 to 15 business days from order confirmation.

7. DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF RISK
Delivery of the ordered products will take place at the address you indicated in the order by the deadline communicated in the Shipping Confirmation, but an exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed. Should the products not be delivered within 30 days of the Contract or by any other agreed date, you will have the right to withdraw from the Contract, and any amount you have paid will be refunded to you without undue delay.
When the goods are delivered by the courier, you must check that the number of parcels delivered matches what is stated on the invoice and that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet, or otherwise altered. Any external damage or discrepancy in the number of parcels must be reported immediately to the delivering courier by writing “Accepted subject to inspection” (in Italian: “Ritiro con riserva”) on the relevant accompanying document and stating the reason. Once you have signed the courier’s document, you will not be able to raise any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered. Ownership of and risk in the products pass to you from the moment of their delivery.
8. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Upon delivery, you must inspect the products to check for any defects or damage. Should you find any defects, you must report them immediately using the contact form, and we will tell you the procedure to follow for the return.
Should it be established that the damage to the product occurred before delivery, or that the defect is not attributable to your fault or to use, we will repair or replace it or fully refund the price you paid, including any shipping costs, provided that the damage does not result from having worn or used the product. Should you prefer repair or replacement of the product, please contact us and we will replace the item at no additional cost where this is reasonably possible. In addition, we will refund the costs you incurred to return the item or send you a prepaid parcel for the return of the damaged or defective item.
9. PRODUCT INFORMATION
The information relating to each individual product and its essential characteristics, provided in accordance with applicable law, is available on the Site and made known to the Customer.
The product information provided on the Site is constantly updated. However, the complete absence of errors cannot be guaranteed. Product images may not perfectly represent their characteristics and may differ in color, size, or accessory products shown. The product photographs on the Site are purely illustrative and therefore not binding.
Manco Srl reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions even after an order has been submitted, and also to change or update information at any time without prior notice to the Customer.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases goods for purposes unrelated to their professional activity, that is, who does not make the purchase by entering a VAT number in the order form), pursuant to Article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code, you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without having to give any reason. The protections provided by the Consumer Code do not apply where the transaction, even if concluded at a distance, involves the consumer purchasing with a VAT number, since the law identifies such a person as a professional customer and not as an end consumer.
The withdrawal period referred to in the preceding paragraph ends 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, acquire physical possession of the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must give unequivocal notice in writing to Manco Srl, via Fosso Foreste 12 - 65015 Montesilvano (PE), Italy:

Should you decide to withdraw from the Contract, you must return the products at your own expense and risk to the address indicated on the delivery note. We recommend that you ensure the products are adequately insured for transport.
The products must be returned within 14 days of the day the withdrawal is notified, in the same condition in which they were received. You must exercise due care in looking after the products in your possession. In the event of failure to do so, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of any deterioration of the products from the amount you would otherwise be entitled to as a refund.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund the entire amount already paid as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days from the date the goods are received, following notice of withdrawal, by reversing the amount charged to the credit/debit card, to the PayPal account, or by Bank Transfer. In the latter case, it will be your responsibility to promptly provide the bank details to which the refund is to be made.
The right of withdrawal is entirely forfeited where the essential condition of the product’s integrity is lacking, in cases where we ascertain that the product has been damaged for reasons other than its transport, or where the product is soiled as a result of its use, compromising its integrity.
The right of withdrawal cannot apply to products for which the customer has requested customization.
11. OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION
The use of our Website and the contracts for the purchase of products through this Website are governed by Italian law.
For any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the Website or to the conclusion of this distance sales contract, the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile shall have jurisdiction.
If you are entering into the Contract as a consumer, this clause does not in any way affect the rights granted to you by law as a consumer.
